This place is unsafe inside at nite. Very loud complex especially at night. Loud music from cars and can park where ever they want regardless what the rules and the worst tenants coming from the building the manager's office is which is pathetic.Look other places to live unless you are desperate like we were being this was our first place after 4 years of being homeless. Very noisy complex and constant repair issues. Been without drywall in kitchen now for two months. Lots of theft homeless and loud between 10pm and 7am. Very loud complex oh and fire alarms go off frequently and in the night hours. Over 8 false alarms in one year. Most were false alarms due to people settung them off for fun or the retaliate against the company . Also the building is full of leaks and black mold. oh glass recycling is picked up at 345AM until 4AM every thursday and it is very loud....and im talking ...its loud. So be prepared to be woken up especially if your windows are open. Hallways are filled with the smell of cigarette smoke. Update.. anouther new managment. Another update 12/2025.... Still a big problem with homeless smell of urine, garbage and smoke. After consideration we will be looking for a new place and not signing a new lease. Also not a 55 and older complex anymore.((((((UPDATE 01 2026.))))))) There are more homeless in bld than ever before since NEW management took over. There are over 55 open apts now since old tenants moved out. LOTS more drug activity.the parking has become slack with no consequences broken down cars taking up handucap spots. If you need drug fix this is a great place to move in. There are more homeless in the building than ever in the two years of living here. ((((Building is not secure)))). Homeless have access 24/7. Update 1/31 stabbing at complex. Stairwells reeks of urine.

Rudest Apartment Manager we have ever dealt with!!! Would never recommend this complex to anyone. It is supposed to be a lovely place to live and a peaceful, restful for seniors. But with a manager like the one they have currently it is not!

The staff and maintenance are awesome! I love living here. The ppl are quiet and mind their own business. The maintenance is on top of things. Whatever your issue is that concerns maintenance, they are in it. Never a long wait. The ofc staff are nice and very polite and friendly. They made me feel comfortable living here.
