The staff and maintenance are awesome! I love living here. The ppl are quiet and mind their own business. The maintenance is on top of things. Whatever your issue is that concerns maintenance, they are in it. Never a long wait. The ofc staff are nice and very polite and friendly. They made me feel comfortable living here.

Earlier this week I experienced a problem with my bathtub drain. I submitted a work order, and got an immediate response from Morgan. He called a plumber and addressed the problem that very day. I was impressed with the quick service. The next day the problem was solved and the drain was functioning better than ever. Morgan has always been professional and friendly, and easy to deal with. I have lived here over 2 years and I'm very happy with management here! Very accommodating and welcoming, best I have had in my near decade of living in apartments. Location has its pros and cons but it's worth it for the staff and overall community feel.

Maintenance is on-time, friendly and competent service that is reliable the first time. However that deserved praise is zeroed by management that protects in-unit smokers rather than the health and well being of residents and pets. A doctorâs note directing removal from the daily assault of toxic secondhand smoke didnât merit a response. Promoted as a no smoking building in reality this is a smoking building. Shameful.

Well my mom's lived here twenty years maybe a little longermom seems to like it I've been here visiting quite a while and I like it it's a nice place check it out
