This is a great apartment close to downtown Portland and airport . The management are great , helping whenever you ask them for help they will be there for you right away , specially Maria is awesome always listening to our concerns and explain to us in a polite way . I recommend everyone to this apartment.

My experience with Marie in the leasing office was one of the most unpleasant and unprofessional ones I have ever had. Her attitude was snippish and full of contempt for not only me and my issue but Most importantly of the residents in the apartment. Instead of helping me get into the building to deliver my âMeals on Wheelsâ meals to my clients, she kept saying the residents were responsible for this and that and on an on. When I called her on her rudeness she escalated her attack. She is one of the most aggressive and sour people I have ever encountered. I feel sorry for what the residents have to deal with when seeking any kind of assistance. I have no doubt that if she was in the office of a fancy high rent building she would have been fired long ago.

Worst place to Live as long as Maria the fat lady is the manager. Be careful she robes people who English is their second language. Meeting them outside the work place and collecting money. She is not proffesional at all and lacks customer service. Lots of mold, rats & roaches. I got pneumonia many times by living here. Run!
