Worst management since Nazi Germany! They treat the residents worse than the Nazis could have dreamed of, and they know that low income residents can't afford an attorney. Restrooms outside the community room are locked. Canine excrement in hallways, foul odor from the garbage compactor, arbitrary invasions facilitated by "24 hour inspection" notices. Mistreatment of disabled persons and deliberate malicious harassment if a tenant dares to report to authorities.
