This property is really well kept, the staff is kind and professional. Ashley is great and has fantastic customer service. I would definitely recommend living here.

My husband and I are young parents but because we're young we don't deserve to be listened to. Neighbors suck they're loud above us and we don't be weird and hit the ceiling. But our neighbors downstairs do that to our kids. Currently looking for another place because my kids and I deserve better than this place has to offer. I know kids can be loud and we have a 10 o clock rule, may not always be followed but we won't be made to be the problem. They're good kids we try our best we're young we're still learning. Definitely don't recommend living here if you have kids, plus maintenance still sucks. They blame our kids for everything that's broken in the apartment.

I've lived at the commons over 15year It's like the sinking Titanic and they allowed homeless people to bring weapons in and will not get a guard to even protect us at night. They allow drugs to be sold out of the commons. And they allow people to attack you and will do nothing about it. All the pipes in the building are breaking and you lose your apartment in a flash it's a horrible place. Management doesn't give a damn and whoever owns it is not fixing it

1 year later and we still need numerous repairs in our apartment & if it's not one thing it's another. Laundry card machine has been down since last Friday. Can't even comfortably live in CENTER COMMONS - do not recommend living here once so ever. Maintenance is no help they "put in work orders" then ignore you until you complain ð¯

Pay rent to stay here going on for years now & maintenance sucks I am a mother & it's frustrating not having a decent running kitchen
