Management is very efficient in keep their office chairs from floating in all the malarky they spew when signing new tenants.
Lease rules are nothing more than excess writing to fill space. None of the items on lease are honored by management or tenants. From homeless living in supposed"rented" garages to management parking in limited tenate parking to completely ignoring TENATES RIGHT TO PEACEFUL EXEISTENCE. Especially at night. Have complained REPEATEDLY about alcholic above our apartment since first night here. Actually had to call police for tenate 3rd nite due to drunken brawl between him and his boyfriend. Have probabley filed no less than a dozen complaints - since March move-in with ZERO positive change. Management is only capable of ensuring that they (management) do NOTHING to help provide tenates what they deserve in accordance with their leasing agreement. This does mean that management is in fact violating each and every tenate - on a lease, leasing agreement. So much for a quiet senior apartment. Very disappointing/ disgusted that this has become excepted behavior and they are being paid for nothing.
UPDATE 3/7/25:
It's been a year. Place has gone from bad to worse-even with new management(more capable of deception with eyecontact).Still have the inebriated ignorant alcoholic that lives above us still moves furniture all night long including into the hallway blocking the staircase. Also have drug dealers that live next door that are up and playing with their friends buyers from 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. have a door bell on their door that rings every time they open for another buyer between-5 and 10 times every 10 minutes or so. Upon move in last March-greeted with an odor that was indescribable and not easy for us to trace. January 16th of this year we found the cause broken methane pipe in pantry. Pipe repaired within 5 days however my pantry/ceiling are still torn apart and missing. The ceiling issue is above the doorway entry all of the heat that I pay for with very expensive PGE goes right out the area that's not insulated or covered in any shape form or fashion. The lack of flooring ceiling insulation being gone adds to the enormous amount of noise that the alcoholic upstairs berates us with every single night. We have provided this ineffectual management staff with over 40 videos with sound documenting all of the activity and yet the only thing they have managed to do is collect our rent. Not even be bothered to ask the drug dealers next door to stop the stupid bell ring all night long not to mention the traffic, conversation and activity that they bring into the building every single night both homeless and Drug buyers. If you want your loved ones disabled veterans or just elderly people to endure constant attacks to their mental, physical and emotional health this is the place for you. Like flushing money down the drain, results are same you get from the management staff and owner of the building SECURITY PROPERTIES. It's SECURITY PROPERTIES and or the staff that they hired have zero concern or care for the people that pay monthly to be deprived of sleep, terrorized by other residents, and have little knick knacks or belongings stolen by either other residents or by the residents that like to let drug buyers/homeless into our so-called secure facility. Such a laugh. SECURITY PROPERTIES( SHOULD BE NAMED SLUMLORD PROPERTIES) is not even capable of abiding by Oregon law for repairs and the right to a peaceful and enjoyable life where you PAY rent to live. I will definitely make sure that SECURITY PROPERTIES (SLUMLORD PROPERTIES) has nothing to do with the next property I am living on.
The only saving grace would be the maintenance staff. Morgan and Moses and the rest of the maintenance staff that try to stay on top of a building that's crumbling and a management that does not support them, basically placing them in a hard spot between the tenants with their repair needs, and management owners SCUMLORD- I mean slumlord security properties complete and total apathy towards what needs to be done.
